Job Summary
To lead and expand a global pre-sales organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions will manage a team of Solution Engineers, enhance technical sales strategies, and improve customer engagement to drive revenue growth in a dynamic enterprise software environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global team of Solution Engineers, overseeing technical discovery, demos, POCs, and proposal development
- Standardize and optimize pre-sales processes to improve win rates and increase efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align pre-sales strategy with revenue objectives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales leadership within enterprise software environments
- Demonstrated success in building and managing global pre-sales teams
- Proven ability to improve sales performance metrics through structured processes and cross-functional alignment
- Strong technical foundation in cloud-based platforms, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
