Job Summary
Leading a global pre-sales organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions will enhance technical sales strategy, elevate customer engagements, and drive revenue growth through collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a global team of Solution Engineers, overseeing technical discovery, demos, POCs, and proposal development
- Standardize and optimize pre-sales processes to improve win rates and increase efficiency
- Develop scalable engagement models and align pre-sales strategy with revenue objectives to accelerate pipeline progression
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales leadership within enterprise software environments
- Proven success in building and managing global pre-sales teams
- Strong technical foundation in cloud-based platforms and enterprise architecture
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders in large enterprise sales cycles
