Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Solutions Engineering - AMERICAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale the Sales Engineering organization to meet business needs
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and execute the sales engineering strategy
- Drive technical sales activities, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept support
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading sales engineering teams in observability or cloud monitoring
- Extensive experience in selling complex technical solutions to enterprise customers
- In-depth understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and monitoring technologies
- Strong leadership and people management skills to develop and motivate high-performance teams
- Experience with building and scaling high-performing sales engineering teams
