Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Solutions Engineering - AMERICAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and scale the Sales Engineering organization to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and execute the sales engineering strategy
  • Drive technical sales activities, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept support
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading sales engineering teams in observability or cloud monitoring
  • Extensive experience in selling complex technical solutions to enterprise customers
  • In-depth understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and monitoring technologies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to develop and motivate high-performance teams
  • Experience with building and scaling high-performing sales engineering teams
