Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Solutions Engineering function, setting the technical pre-sales strategy for mid-market and enterprise deals
• Define the technical sales motion, including discovery standards and solution architecture
• Serve as the executive technical authority in complex customer engagements and support strategic deals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced education preferred
• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales teams
• Proven track record in winning complex, high-value deals
• Deep technical fluency across industrial systems and integrations
