Vice President of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Solutions Engineering to build and lead a technical sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team
• Develop and implement strategies to leverage industry expertise throughout the sales cycle
• Guide the team in designing and delivering product demonstrations and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of automotive industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the automotive and SaaS industry
• Experience building and scaling a new team within an enterprise technology company
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle
