Job Summary
Leading the global Solutions Engineering function, the full-time Vice President of Solutions Engineering will manage a distributed team across the US and EMEA, set strategic vision, and drive technical excellence to support enterprise sales and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale the pre-sales engineering function, establishing vision and operational structure for a global team
- Collaborate with sales leadership on deal strategy and participate in executive-level customer conversations
- Design impactful demos and technical narratives that highlight the company's AI-native CX capabilities
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, including 6+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in building and scaling SE organizations in high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience winning complex, strategic deals through technical expertise and executive presence
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and sales
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and navigating enterprise sales nuances across North America and EMEA
