Job Summary

Leading the transformation of a global Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Solutions Engineering will build a scalable pre-sales function, enhance technical sales capabilities, and drive alignment across various teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the global Solutions Engineering organization, implementing strategies for team growth and capability enhancement
  • Define and operationalize the technical sales process to improve sales productivity and technical win rates
  • Establish key performance metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure operational excellence within the organization
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales or related leadership roles
  • Experience scaling Solutions Engineering organizations in observability or infrastructure software sectors
  • Proven track record of building high-performing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and complex buying cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
