Job Summary

Leading the global Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Solutions Engineering will build a high-performing technical pre-sales function that enhances sales productivity, drives revenue growth, and strengthens alignment across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and scale the Solutions Engineering organization by implementing effective team structures and talent development strategies
  • Define and operationalize the technical sales process to improve execution and achieve company bookings objectives
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to align product development with market needs and customer requirements
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales or solutions engineering leadership roles
  • Experience in scaling Solutions Engineering organizations within observability or infrastructure software sectors
  • Proven track record of building high-performing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and complex buying cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
