Job Summary

Leading the global Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Solutions Engineering will build a scalable technical pre-sales function, drive revenue growth, and enhance alignment across teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering organization, implementing strategies for team capabilities and talent development
  • Define and operationalize the technical sales process, improving consistency and execution across the field
  • Establish key performance metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales or related leadership roles
  • Experience scaling Solutions Engineering organizations within observability or infrastructure software markets
  • Proven track record of building high-performing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and complex buying cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
