Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Category Management to lead sourcing strategies and category management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategic sourcing strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Build and lead a high-performing category management organization across major spend areas
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation
• Proven track record in leading category strategies and sourcing across multiple spend categories
• Deep negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa)
• Familiarity with supplier diversity and ESG initiatives
