Vice President of Specialty Retail

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Retail (Specialty & Private Label).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the channel growth strategy across Specialty Retail and Private Label accounts
• Establish and enforce customer and program selection criteria to ensure strategic alignment
• Lead senior-level customer negotiations and manage the end-to-end channel P&L for profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
• Minimum 5+ years of Executive or Senior Leadership experience in the mattress industry
• Track record of building and scaling specialty retail or private label dealer networks
• Strong command of channel and program economics, including pricing and contribution margin
• Proven ability to manage a customer or channel P&L effectively
