Key Responsibilities

• Defines and scales the Sponsor Research Division
• Establishes processes for CRO-partnered execution and manages sponsor relationships
• Builds and leads a high-performing team focused on execution quality and sponsor satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of clinical research experience with leadership in sponsor and CRO interactions
• Experience in building or scaling sponsor services or CRO-partnered execution models
• Strong understanding of operating models for CROs, sponsors, and site networks
• Proven ability to design structure, process, and governance for scalability
