Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Accounts - ICHRA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales goals for large-group ICHRA opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle including discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Build and strengthen relationships with national consulting firms and regional brokers


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales or consulting experience in health insurance or employee benefits
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with 5,000+ life employer groups
  • Deep understanding of ICHRA or adjacent alternative funding models
  • Ability to navigate actuarial, compliance, and plan design considerations
  • Previous experience at a high growth company is a plus
