Job Summary

As a full-time Vice President of Strategic Accounts, the successful candidate will build and manage relationships with key occupier clients, delivering strategic portfolio solutions that align with their business goals while collaborating across various service lines in a remote position based in Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for major commercial real estate clients with multi-market or high-value portfolios
  • Develop strategies to align client business objectives with real estate solutions, focusing on portfolio optimization and cost savings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated service delivery and lead strategic planning sessions and annual account reviews
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, account management, or portfolio strategy
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle services, including lease administration and transactions
  • Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client accounts in commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives
