Job Summary

Partnering directly with senior leaders across Global Servicing, the full-time salaried Vice President of Strategic Change & Transformation will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, focusing on customer experience, operational simplification, and emerging capabilities while driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-priority strategic engagements from planning through execution, identifying value creation opportunities and defining objectives
• Provide leadership across multiple teams, ensuring rigorous problem-solving and high-quality analysis with clear, actionable recommendations
• Build consensus with business partners on strategic choices, translating strategy into action and overseeing the implementation path

Required qualifications

• Significant recent experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a comparable project-based strategic role
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex strategic engagements and develop actionable recommendations from ambiguous problems
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing decisions in matrixed environments
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear choices
• Proven ability to develop talent and lead high-performing teams
