Vice President of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and evaluate potential investments and partnerships
• Oversee financial reporting, monitor KPIs, and manage financial risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus
• Proven experience (15+ years) in a global strategic financial role, preferably in publications, events, or data industries
• At least 5+ years of experience managing a diverse global team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights
• Experience in a SaaS software company and proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
