Vice President of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling SaaS company, the full-time remote Vice President of Strategic Finance will build financial planning, treasury, and strategic finance capabilities while partnering closely with the executive team to guide critical business decisions and optimize financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling to deliver actionable insights
• Oversee cash management and liquidity planning, optimizing working capital and capital structure
• Prepare board and investor reporting, developing financial models that support strategic planning and fundraising

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in a private equity- or venture-backed SaaS company with recurring revenue
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and expertise in financial modeling and revenue planning
• Hands-on experience with treasury management, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
• Advanced proficiency with finance technology, including FP&A platforms and ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred
