Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
- Oversee the project management office, establishing governance and best practices
- Drive organizational alignment and change management across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years leading strategic initiatives or PMO at the enterprise level
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
