Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
  • Oversee the project management office, establishing governance and best practices
  • Drive organizational alignment and change management across departments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading strategic initiatives or PMO at the enterprise level
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
