Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary integrator across various departments to ensure strategy execution and accountability
• Drive organizational cohesion and transparency while managing operating cadence and leadership forums
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and oversee program structure, resourcing, and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling
• Experience in executive and board presentation development
• Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or RCM
• Consulting background, MBA, or prior operational leadership or strategy roles is advantageous
