Vice President of Strategic Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of Strategic Operations (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the Strategic Operations Manager team and align with business unit goals
• Direct and support improvements in customer and employee experience journeys
• Foster collaboration between Strategic Operations Managers and cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in insurance operations or underwriting, with a focus on Specialty & Commercial
• 5-10+ years in a leadership position managing transformation projects
• Certified Product Management or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience leading Business Relationship Managers or Product Management functions
