Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for strategic partnerships, establishing KPIs and leveraging data-driven insights
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to foster innovation and accountability in partnership execution
• Drive the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 10-15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in strategic partnerships or business development within the healthcare or benefits industry
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
