Key Responsibilities

• Develop and advance the facilities management sourcing team to drive cost efficiency and oversight
• Collaborate with leadership to create medium and long-term sourcing strategies, focusing on subcontracting relationships
• Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in strategic sourcing or related fields
• Deep knowledge of facilities management services and supplier markets
• Experience in negotiating and managing complex service contracts
