Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic roadmap and multi-year plan
• Source and evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and lead integration efforts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or M&A leadership roles
• Proven track record of successful acquisitions and integrations in a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring
• Experience in mission-driven organizations or faith-based markets is a plus
