Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategy to drive strategy development and execution while partnering with the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise strategy and value creation initiatives
• Oversee strategic planning processes and cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with operational plans
• Support M&A strategy, portfolio optimization, and prepare strategic materials for Board and investor engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or senior operating roles
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level strategy and transformation
• Strong financial acumen and experience working with executive leadership teams
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is strongly preferred
