Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategy and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy team to develop and manage enterprise-level growth strategies and annual goals
• Oversee the analytics team to integrate data insights into core business operations and promote a data-driven culture
• Mentor and develop team members while collaborating with senior leadership to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or a related master's degree in data analytics
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategy and analytics, including leadership roles
• Prior experience in management consulting with a top-rated firm is strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare services with expertise in healthcare data and analytics solutions is required
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
