Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the fully remote Vice President of Strategy will partner with the CEO and various teams to develop and execute PAA's multi-year strategic plan, manage business development efforts, and oversee new product use cases while focusing on enhancing the healthcare experience for vulnerable patients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with the executive team
• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline across various healthcare segments
• Identify and shepherd new product use cases from concept through pilot, ensuring commercial viability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, and commercial leadership, preferably in healthcare
• Significant exposure to payers, health systems, ACOs, or value-based care organizations
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in the healthcare sector
• Experience with inorganic growth strategies such as partnerships and acquisitions
• Strong executive presence and analytical fluency in market sizing and financial modeling
