Vice President of Structured Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Structured Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and advisor to portfolio leadership on finance, facilities, and governance strategies
• Lead end-to-end due diligence and investment analysis for charter school operators, including financial modeling and risk assessment
• Develop relationships with regional partners to strengthen the charter school ecosystem and represent the organization externally

Required Qualifications

• 12-20+ years of relevant work experience in financial leadership, private equity, impact investing, or related fields
• Finance leadership at a charter school management organization or related education organization strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated financial leadership and expertise in evaluating financial and real estate strategies
• Deep commitment to K-12 education and creating excellent education options for low-income students
