Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Success Management to lead their Success Management team and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Success Management team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Define key performance indicators and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and satisfaction
  • Build relationships with key customers and serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success management, with experience leading large remote teams
  • Deep understanding of the education industry and customer success factors in this space
  • Experience with professional learning and the Science of Reading is strongly preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and improvement
