Vice President of Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading the Supply Chain function, the remote Vice President of Supply Chain will oversee pharmaceutical drug supply and distribution, create strategies for clinical supply operations, and support launch and commercialization efforts within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of pharmaceutical supply chain operations, including clinical trial materials and commercial product distribution
• Builds infrastructure for clinical supply activities and develops forecasts for clinical trial materials and commercial launch supplies
• Represents the company before regulatory authorities and ensures compliance with cGMP requirements in supply chain operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry, with at least 12 years in management roles
• Thorough understanding of global health authority regulations, including FDA and EMA
• Experience with RTSM systems and cold chain management is preferred
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing supplier relationships effectively
