Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NOC, Contact Center, and Enterprise Support operations and develop strategic vision for support operations
• Implement AI-driven operations and automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in support performance and customer satisfaction through established KPIs and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large operational teams
• Experience with automation platforms and AI-enabled support operations
