Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead NOC, Contact Center, and Enterprise Support operations while developing strategic vision for support aligned with company growth
  • Implement AI-driven operations and automation to enhance incident response and service performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in support performance and customer satisfaction through established KPIs and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in technical support, service operations, or IT operations
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large operational teams
  • Experience with automation platforms, AIOps solutions, or AI-enabled support operations
  • Experience in managed services, telecommunications, SaaS, or enterprise IT environments strongly preferred
