Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process and develops strategies for timely and cost-effective hiring
  • Manages a shared services function, spearheading campaigns and sourcing initiatives for candidate pooling
  • Responsible for vendor management and creating processes to enhance hiring speed and quality

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10 - 14 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry
  • Experience with global high-volume onsite and remote hiring
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Experience with developing targeted hiring sourcing strategies, preferably in healthcare insurance
