Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process and develops strategies for timely and cost-effective hiring
- Manages a shared services function, spearheading campaigns and sourcing initiatives for candidate pooling
- Responsible for vendor management and creating processes to enhance hiring speed and quality
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 10 - 14 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry
- Experience with global high-volume onsite and remote hiring
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Experience with developing targeted hiring sourcing strategies, preferably in healthcare insurance
