Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy

• Lead and develop a diverse global talent acquisition team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or certifications preferred
• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in complex, multi-site organizations with international operations
• Proven track record in implementing talent acquisition technologies
• Experience in aerospace, engineering, commercial, government, and technology sectors
