Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Global TA Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year recruitment strategies to support hiring outcomes
• Partner with senior business leaders to implement changes for long-term success
• Oversee operational excellence and manage the Workday infrastructure for Recruiting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 20+ years of experience
• Proven experience leading high-performing recruitment teams and initiatives
• Specific experience in Talent Acquisition initiatives such as Sourcing and Alumni Outreach
• Ability to maintain relationships with senior business leaders and key functional groups
• Background in change management communication efforts
