Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead its talent acquisition function and support rapid national growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to scale the workforce from 300 to 3000 employees
  • Oversee recruiting leadership, manage team performance, and establish KPIs for effective recruitment processes
  • Partner with executives to align hiring strategies with business priorities and support workforce planning initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, or related People functions
  • Experience in fast-growth or high-change environments, managing recruiters and recruiting leaders
  • Proven ability to build recruiting infrastructure and design hiring strategies across multiple functions
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent forecasting
  • Demonstrated capability to use recruiting data to influence business decisions
