Job Summary

Leading a global talent acquisition function, the full-time salaried Vice President of Talent Acquisition will design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, oversee full-cycle recruiting, and manage employer branding initiatives, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce transformation
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruiting and optimize recruiting technologies to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition budget and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective recruiting strategies and maximize ROI
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience with enterprise-level recruiting strategy development
  • Proven experience leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams and managing recruiting budgets
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment marketing technologies
