Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in talent management or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong familiarity with enterprise HR systems and analytics tools
• Background in statistics and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams
