Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, particularly in organizational and leadership development
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior leaders in complex environments
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements
