Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on Talent Management
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience at a senior or executive level
  • Proven track record in building high-talent organizations and implementing performance differentiation
  • Strong business acumen to align talent strategies with organizational priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
