Job Summary

- Define and enforce A+ talent standards across the organization

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on Talent Management
- At least 5 years of leadership experience at a senior or executive level
- Proven track record in building high-talent organizations and implementing performance differentiation
- Strong business acumen to align talent strategies with organizational priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
