Job Summary
The Vice President of Talent Management is a full-time, salaried position responsible for transforming the talent management function into a strategic organization that encompasses performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global Talent Management strategy, integrating various talent functions into a cohesive framework
- Design and execute programs for performance management, hi-potential identification, and career development
- Oversee the Learning Management System and implement intelligent automation within talent workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or related People functions, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with performance management, succession planning, and hi-potential programs at scale
- Hands-on experience with Workday's talent, learning, and performance modules
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools and intelligent automation applied to HR workflows
