Job Summary
Leading the enterprise talent management and learning strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Talent Management will oversee the design and implementation of talent programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to enhance organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise talent management and learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes to strengthen leadership pipelines and assess talent needs
- Oversee comprehensive learning strategies and leadership development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive talent management and human resources leadership experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Management disciplines including succession planning and leadership development
- Demonstrated experience leading talent management in large, complex organizations
- Experience with enterprise learning technologies and workforce capability-building initiatives preferred
- US Citizenship is required
