Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and transformational Vice President of Talent, Transformation & Technology, this full-time remote position will lead Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Technology initiatives while driving enterprise-wide improvements in HR practices and organizational capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to enhance talent acquisition and improve hiring efficiency
- Build and oversee compensation strategies, including market benchmarking and equitable pay practices
- Lead the modernization of HR technology systems and ensure effective governance and data integrity
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Technology
- Experience building enterprise compensation programs and job architecture frameworks
- Proven ability to lead HR technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics and data-driven decision making
