Vice President of Tax and Treasury

Job Summary

To support a growing global organization, the full-time Vice President of Tax and Global Treasurer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global tax strategy, overseeing compliance and reporting, and managing treasury operations while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee global cash management, liquidity, and risk management to support operational needs
• Lead and develop a global tax and treasury team, managing external advisors and banking relationships

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate tax and treasury, including a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws, including transfer pricing
• Proven track record in treasury management, including FX risk management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CPA or equivalent certification required
• Experience leading multi-country teams in a complex, multinational organization
