Vice President of Taxation & Treasury

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Taxation & Treasury who will oversee global tax strategy and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global tax strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee global tax compliance and reporting responsibilities
• Lead global cash management and risk management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of corporate tax, public accounting, and/or treasury experience
• CPA, JD, or MST preferred
• Strong knowledge of IRS tax code and global tax laws
• M&A tax structuring and post-deal integration experience preferred
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred
