Vice President of Technical Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Technical Architecture/Platform Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and evolve the technical architecture strategy, maintaining architectural principles and standards
• Drive execution of architectural initiatives in partnership with engineering leaders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and establish architectural governance frameworks to ensure alignment across engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior platform architect in complex SaaS or PaaS environments
• Proven ability to drive architectural initiatives through successful implementation with engineering organizations
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API design, particularly with AWS cloud services
• Experience in establishing architectural governance frameworks and leading architecture review processes
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
