Vice President of Technical Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Operations group, overseeing exploratory pharmaceutics, API, DP, and Analytical Development
• Ensure product supply from pre-clinical development through commercialization
• Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers to meet production needs in compliance with GMP regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in medicinal chemistry, chemical development, pharmaceutical development, and/or analytical development
• Expertise in small molecule synthesis, process development, and analytical development
• Demonstrated success in advancing a molecule from drug discovery to commercialization
• Ph.D. in organic/medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutics, or relevant education and experience
• Extensive knowledge of GxP practices, ICH guidelines, and regulatory practices
