Job Summary
Leading the transformation of a unified Technical Services organization, the full-time Vice President of Technical Services will manage the entire post-sale technical journey, ensuring customer success while driving services monetization and margin contribution in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the operating model for the Technical Services organization, integrating implementation delivery and technical account management
- Oversee all phases of the customer technical journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing advisory services
- Lead the Technical Account Manager function to ensure sustained product adoption and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in professional services or customer delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing global teams
- Experience building or transforming a technical services organization, integrating delivery and advisory functions
- Strong background in Application Security, Cybersecurity, or DevSecOps with knowledge of AppSec tooling
- Proven track record of managing a services P&L, including revenue and margin accountability
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and represent the company at industry events
