Vice President of Technical Services

Job Summary

Maximizing equipment availability and customer satisfaction, the full-time Vice President of Technical Services will lead repair operations, develop department leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruits and develops department leaders by hiring, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability
• Leads repair operations and technical support by standardizing procedures and improving turnaround times
• Oversees hoist & automation and repair systems, maintaining documentation and driving process improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within technical services or repair operations
• Strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with automation systems and technical support processes
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies for improvement
• Demonstrated success in team development and performance management
