Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Technical Success Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Strategic Accounts NRR and GRR targets, ensuring retention and revenue health
  • Build and maintain peer-level relationships with C-suite executives across strategic accounts
  • Lead a team of Directors and Principal TSMs, focusing on performance and development
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in post-sales customer-facing leadership roles in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent senior leadership role with accountability for strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of building C-suite relationships in enterprise accounts
  • Experience leading through Directors and developing talent for senior roles
  • Deep familiarity with the post-sales economics of high-ARR named accounts programs
