Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Technical Success Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Strategic Accounts NRR and GRR targets, ensuring retention and revenue health
- Build and maintain peer-level relationships with C-suite executives across strategic accounts
- Lead a team of Directors and Principal TSMs, focusing on performance and development
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in post-sales customer-facing leadership roles in SaaS or enterprise technology
- 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent senior leadership role with accountability for strategic accounts
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships in enterprise accounts
- Experience leading through Directors and developing talent for senior roles
- Deep familiarity with the post-sales economics of high-ARR named accounts programs
