Job Summary
Leading the development of a technology strategy aligned with business goals, the fully remote Vice President of Technology will manage digital transformation initiatives, oversee contact center technology deployment, and drive operational excellence to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve a technology roadmap that aligns with business strategy and growth targets
- Lead digital transformation efforts across contact center operations, focusing on automation, AI, and advanced analytics
- Build and inspire high-performing, globally distributed technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including significant time in a VP or equivalent role
- Deep experience in digital transformation and cloud technologies, particularly in a BPO or managed services environment
- Strong background in contact center or CX technology, including ACD, WFM, IVR, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and financial performance
